2024 Season Dates :
Monday, March 18th – Unmounted Meeting – 7:00 PM – Heartland Hall
Sunday, April 14th – T-Shirt Design Deadline (5:00 PM)
Wednesday, April 17th – T-Shirt designs sent out via email
Monday, May 6th – T-shirt design voting ends
Wednesday, May 15th – Animal registration due
Sunday, May 19th – Mounted Workshop – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Horse Arena
Monday, May 20th – All Sponsors Due to be included on t-shirts, Unmounted Meeting – 7:00 PM – Heartland Hall
Saturday, June 8th – Blue Denim Fun Show – 9:00 AM – Horse Arena
Sunday, June 30th – Mounted Workshop – 1:00-5:00 PM – Horse Arena
Monday, July 8th – Cookout / Grounds Clean Up – 5:30 PM – Horse Arena
Friday, July 12th – Day 1 of Fair (Western Day)
Saturday, July 13th – Day 2 of Fair (English Day)
